The Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts is committed to creating an inclusive community space for everyone.
Below is a list of accessibility accommodations available for AMFA guests. Please stop by a Guest Services Desk during your visit or contact us ahead of your visit if you have any questions or need any assistance.

Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs are available for use on a first-come, first-serve basis and may be obtained at a Guest Services Desk. Motorized wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, canes, and other mobility aides are permitted in all areas of the Museum.

Booster Seats
Booster seats can be obtained at the Guest Services Desk in the Atrium across from the Performing Arts Theater, or by asking a Guest Services Associate or Usher.

Portable Stools
Portable stools are available for use in the galleries and may be obtained at a Guest Services Desk or in the Stephens Galleries.

Sign Language Interpretation
American Sign Language interpretive performances are available upon request. Please contact us for more information.

EnChroma Glasses
EnChroma glasses for children and adults with color-blindness or color vision deficiency may be obtained at a Guest Services Desk.

Sensory Bags and Weighted Blankets
Sensory bags and weighted blankets are available for both children and adults and may be checked out at a Guest Services Desk. Each bag contains headphones, sunglasses, a fidget item, and a weighted plush.

Social Narratives
Social narratives are available for download to prepare guests for a Museum visit, school tour, or theatre performance.

Tours
AMFA offers monthly tours in Spanish and tours with ASL interpretation. Seasonally, the Museum also offers welcoming and accessible tours for specific audiences through our Art Together program. View our events calendar to discover upcoming dates.

Membership at AMFA is available for all. Visit a Guest Services Desk and ask about Pay-What-You-Can membership options.
